This is an order authorizing the shipping line to release the cargo, and it's required to bring cargo into or out of the warehouse. To obtain it, freight and incidental charges must be settled with the shipping line — we handle this entire process for you, from application to issuance.
Food, health functional foods, livestock/marine products, medical devices, etc. are subject to inspection. Precision inspection is the principle for first-time imports, and for the same item afterward, it's eased to document review or random inspection. For general goods, once documents are ready, clearance is typically completed within 1-2 days after import declaration. Items subject to quarantine require additional time for approval (about 7-10 days for precision inspection). We minimize delays from document supplementation through prior review. Since warehouse fees accumulate daily, advance preparation directly reduces costs.
Customs clearance fee is based on 0.1%of the import price (CIF), and quarantine/D/O issuance fees are each 50,000 KRWas the basic standard. These may vary by item and volume, and we will provide exact guidance during consultation — we never charge fees not disclosed in advance.
Not at all. You keep your existing customs ID code and simply delegate the declaration to us — there's no separate cancellation process or penalty fee. We also review the HS Code accuracy of your existing declaration history, and if an overpayment is found, you can receive a refund through a rectification request.
Yes. Since customs clearance is processed through UNI-PASS electronic declaration, we can handle requests from anywhere in the country. We process cargo regardless of which customs office it enters through — Busan, Pyeongtaek, Incheon Airport, etc. — and documents can be exchanged via email or KakaoTalk.
